Supply Chain
We have helped major distributers to increase the speed and lower the inventory
Working to provide Tallman Equipment a distributer of tools for the electrical power industry and National Oak a distributor of automotive paint, tools and supplies a path to reduce friction and overhead allowing more product to flow with less material handling and shipping costs. We also worked with both supplier to improve website sales by moving from a simple ecommerce site to sites that made it easier for customers to engage and faster and simpler to find and order what they need.
